“Universal Wrecker provided, with out a doubt, the best service I have ever had from a towing company! My car alarm went haywire, stranding me after a late night at work (1AM). I couldn't figure it out going by the owner's manual instructions and saw no option other than to get my car towed. The driver very patiently helped me figure out how to disable the alarm and helped me get on my way! OUTSTANDING SERVICE. If you're in the Galleria area and need help, call these guys!! His quote for the tow was entirely reasonable, much less than others in the area. Universal Wrecker ROCKS!!”
